pdftk a.pdf b.pdf c.pdf cat output abc.pdf

-or-

gs -dNOPAUSE -sDEVICE=pdfwrite -sOUTPUTFILE=combinedpdf.pdf -dBATCH 1.pdf 2.pdf 3.pdf

    I'm using this PDF Merger to combine multiple PDFs into one. It's pretty easy. You can have a try.

    Didnt see support for Ubuntu, so that would be difficult on my machines ;)
